Nutty Wafer Ice Cream Delight

| 5 (1 oz each) pkg Hy-Vee peanut butter nutty wafers | ||
| 3 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, softened | ||
| ½ c. Skippy creamy peanut butter | ||
| 1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla |
Directions
- Break nutty wafers in half lengthwise. Set the top halves aside.
- Line an 8-by-8-inch pan with the bottom halves of the nutty wafers.
- Combine the ice cream, peanut butter, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spread the ice cream mixture evenly over the nutty wafers. Top with remaining nutty wafers.
- Cover and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
