    1 (16-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee kluski homemade egg noodles
    4 c. bite-sized broccoli florets
    1 lbs. hot Italian turkey sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
    Fresh basil, chopped, for serving
    Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving

    Directions

    1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking time. Reserve 1/4 cup cooking water. Drain and set aside.

    2. Meanwhile, brown sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in grape tomatoes and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in noodles, broccoli and reserved cooking water. Heat through.

    3. If desired, toss with chopped fresh basil and Parmesan cheese before serving.
