    1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
    1 rounded tsp pumpkin pie spice
    ⅔ c. milk
    1 (5 oz) prepared pie crust, optional
    1 c. whipped topping, plus additional for serving, if desired

    Directions

    1. Beat pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk together until combined. Fold in whipped topping.
    2. Pour into pie crust or divide among 8 serving dishes or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    3. Top with additional whipped topping, if desired, before serving.
