    Leaf lettuce
    Columbus finocchiona gigante slices
    Columbus roasted pork loin slices
    Pickle, thinly sliced
    Red bell pepper strips , deli-sliced
    Cabot Clothbound Cheddar slices
    Bonne Maman fig preserves
    Columbus brown sugar-cinnamon flavored charcuterie candied bacon
    Stem of green bell pepper

    • Kitchen torch or heated metal skewer

    Directions

    1. Split hamburger bun. Cut 2 triangles out of bun top for eyes. Toast inside the cutouts using a kitchen torch or heated metal skewer. 

    2. Layer leaf lettuce, Columbus finocchiona gigante slices and pork loin slices on bun bottom. 

    3. Top with sliced pickle for tongue, red bell pepper strips, Cheddar slices, fig preserves, and candied bacon. 

    4. Place bun top on top sandwich. Use a toothpick to attach the stem end of green pepper to the bun top.
