    2 c. fresh spinach
    1 large frozen banana
    ⅛ c. raw cashews
    1 ½ tbsp. cacao nibs
    1 tbsp. packed fresh mint leaves, minced (or 1/2 tsp mint extract)
    ½ tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. skim milk or milk alternative
    ¼ c. coconut water
    Stevia, to taste

    Directions

    1. Blend all of the ingredients except stevia together until smooth.
    2. Sweeten with stevia, if desired.
