    1 (16 oz) bag frozen mango chunks, thawed
    ½ c. coconut milk
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    ½ tsp. lime juice
    For dipping: oranges, apples, strawberries, pound cake, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine mangos, coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar and lime juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
    2. Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    3. Transfer to a fondue pot or 1-1/2-quart slow-cooker to keep warm.
    4. Serve with assorted dippers if desired.
