    1 (10 oz) prepared pizza crust
    2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
    ½ c. diced green pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp. dried basil

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
    2. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer on crust, overlapping slightly and leaving a 1-inch border.
    3. Top with green pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over vegetables. Sprinkle evenly with basil.
    4. Bake until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
