1 organic ripe mango, pitted and peeled
1 ½ c. light vanilla soy milk
1 c. ice cubes
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee roasted pistachio kernels
2 tbsp. organic blackberries

Directions

  1. Place mango, soy milk, ice and pistachios in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and garnish with blackberries. Serve immediately.
