2 oranges
1 lime
2 mangos
½ c. chopped red bell pepper
¼ c. finely chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped*
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Zest 1 teaspoon peel each from 1 orange and 1 lime. Place zest in a bowl. Peel, section and chop 2 oranges; add to bowl. Stir in mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro. Cover and chill for up to 3 days.
  2. *Note: Wear gloves while handling jalapeno peppers and do not touch face or eyes.
