½ c. chopped red bell pepper | ||
¼ c. finely chopped red onion | ||
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped* | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions
- Zest 1 teaspoon peel each from 1 orange and 1 lime. Place zest in a bowl. Peel, section and chop 2 oranges; add to bowl. Stir in mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro. Cover and chill for up to 3 days.
- *Note: Wear gloves while handling jalapeno peppers and do not touch face or eyes.
