    1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee linguine, uncooked
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    3 (6.5 oz each) cans chopped clams, undrained
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat oil and cook garlic until golden.
    3. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and pepper.
    4. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Serve hot linguine with clam sauce.
