    ¾ c. chopped Hy-Vee deli broccoli supreme salad
    4 (1/2-inch thick) slices Take & Bake natural whole grain bread
    4 slice(s) reduced-sodium deli turkey
    2 slice(s) Hy-Vee provolone cheese
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil

    Directions

    1. Preheat an electric sandwich press or countertop grill. Spread broccoli salad on each bread slice. Divide turkey and cheese among bread slices. Assemble into sandwiches. Brush tops and bottoms of sandwiches with olive oil.
    2. Place sandwiches in sandwich press; cook, covered, for 5 to 6 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese melts.
    3. Note: Prepare sandwiches the evening before and chill. Reheat in a microwave oven on HIGH for 30 to 60 seconds or until warm.
