Light No-Bake Pumpkin Fluff
Servings and Ingredients
|4 c.||frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed|
|1||(3.4 oz) package fat-free, sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix|
|1||(15 oz) can pumpkin|
|1||rounded tsp pumpkin pie spice|
|⅔ c.||fat-free milk|
|Additional thawed frozen whipped topping, optional|
- Beat pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk together until well-blended. Fold in whipped topping to desired consistency and flavor intensity.
- Divide among 8 glasses. Chill 3 hours.
- Top with additional whipped topping and serve.
- Optional: Spread in graham cracker crust. This will add calories and fat.
