1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee cut green beans
1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select lemon-flavored olive oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1 ½ c. sliced baby bella mushrooms
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Simmer green beans in 1/3 cup water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes, until mushrooms are softened and golden brown.
  3. Add green beans to skillet. Cook and stir until beans are heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
