    2 lbs. leftover ham
    1 medium onion
    2 clove(s) garlic
    1 c. Hy-Vee bread crumbs
    2 Hy-Vee eggs
    1 c. Hy-Vee evaporated milk
    1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground mustard
    1 (8.5 oz) jar hoisin sauce

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine ham, onion and garlic. Process until ground.
    2. Stir together ham and remaining ingredients except hoisin sauce. Place mixture in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish; form into a loaf.
    3. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Cover with sauce. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
