    1 red ripe tomato, cut into bite-size pieces
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee lite salad dressing
    4 slice(s) precooked bacon, crumbled
    1 (9 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Select cheese tortellini, cooked and drained
    1 (10 oz) pkg Dole shredded lettuce

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine tomato, salad dressing, bacon and tortellini.
    2. Place shredded lettuce in an 8-by-8-inch dish. Top with tomato mixture.
    3. Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
