    2 butterhead lettuce leaves
    2 slice(s) ham
    Bell peppers, cut into strips
    Avocado, thinly sliced; for garnish
    Roast Beef-Carrot-Avocado Rolls
    1 spinach tortilla
    ½ c. white rice, cooked
    2 slice(s) roast beef
    Avocado, sliced
    carrot sticks
    Cream Cheese-Turkey Roll
    1 spinach tortilla
    Cream cheese sandwich spread
    2 slice(s) turkey
    Cucumber, cut into sticks
    Carrot sticks
    CHEETOS, crushed; for garnish

    Directions

    1. Place a tortilla on a cutting board. Cut and remove rounded side edges; discard pieces. 

    2. Spread tortilla with rice or desired sandwich spread, leaving a ½-inch edge from top and bottom. 

    3. Layer dersired sandwich fillings in a line down the middle of tortilla. Starting at one end, wrap tortilla around filling, and continue rolling to end. Cut roll in half; cut each half into three equal pieces.
