    5 Johnsonville Original Bratwust
    2 (8.5 oz each) pkg corn muffin mix, plus ingredients called for on package
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Remove bratwurst from its casing. In a large skillet, cook bratwurst until browned and crumbled. Drain and set aside.
    2. Prepare batter for corn muffin mix according to package directions. Stir in bratwurst, broccoli and onion. Mix well. Pour into greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
    3. Bake according to muffin package directions until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    4. Sprinkle cheese over top of cornbread about 5 minutes before removing from oven.
