    1 lbs. salad shrimp
    1 ½ c. Jimmy's fat-free coleslaw dressing
    1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 bunch(es) green onions, sliced
    1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
    Lettuce or Hy-Vee wheat English muffins, for serving

    Directions

    1. Mix crab, shrimp, dressing, pineapple, onions and pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce or English muffins.
