    3 c. Hy-Vee Whole Grain 100 cereal, crushed to one cup
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 ½ c. mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
    2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee orange juice

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Combine cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
    3. Combine bananas, egg, oil, honey and orange juice in separate bowl. Add to cereal mixture, stirring just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
    4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tester inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
