    2 lbs. small red potatoes
    ½ c. sliced green onions
    1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing
    paprika or black pepper
    chopped chives, for garnish
    bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Simmer potatoes in salted water until a knife inserted into a potato without meeting much resistance. Drain and cool slightly. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
    2. In large bowl, gently toss potatoes, onions and salad dressing. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives and crumbled bacon.
    3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
