Directions
Place butter, palm sugar and egg white in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla; beat until well combined.
Whisk together oats, chocolate chips, peanuts, chocolate candies, baking powder, and chia seeds in a medium bowl. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture until dough forms.
Drop 2 heaping tablespoons of dough per cookie onto prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and centers appear set.
Cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire rack and cool completely.
