2 (9 oz) pkg Putney Pasta three cheese tortellini
1 c. fresh snow peas
1 c. julienne-cut carrots
¼ c. teriyaki sauce
¼ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee clover honey
1 c. cubed fresh pineapple
¼ c. chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions. During last 2 minutes of cooking tortellini, add snow peas and carrots to blanch slightly. Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and honey. Mix until well-combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta mixture, pineapple and dressing. Gently stir to coat pasta. Top with chow mein noodles and almonds.
