3 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
½ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
1 (15 oz) can cooked wild rice, drained
1 medium apple, cored and chopped
1 c. halved green grapes
½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans
½ c. dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, lemon yogurt and honey in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  2. Add cooked wild rice, apple, grapes, pecans and cranberries. Stir well.
  3. Cover bowl. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
