8 slice(s) Hy-Vee smoked turkey ham, chopped
1 c. Hy-Vee fancy shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped green pepper
½ c. gluten-free baking mix
1 c. Hy-Vee original flavored soymilk
2 Hy-Vee large eggs
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dill
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onion and pepper in the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Stir together baking mix, soymilk, eggs, dill, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over peppers.
  4. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
