    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped yellow onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoning salt
    ½ tsp. cracked black pepper

    Directions

    1. Place bell pepper, onion and mushrooms on a 24-by-12-inch piece of foil.
    2. Dot butter over top of vegetables.
    3. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and black pepper.
    4. Bring opposite edges of foil together and seal tightly with a double fold.
    5. Fold in remaining ends to enclose vegetables completely.
    6. Grill the vegetable packet on a grill rack directly over medium-hot coals about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
