    ¼ c. vegetable oil
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee tomato juice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee thyme
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee thyme
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. marjoram
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
    1 (1.7 lb) Hormel pork center-cut loin fillet

    Directions

    1. Combine oil, onion, tomato juice, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt, marjoram and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
    2. Pierce pork with a fork; place in plastic bag with marinade, turning to coat pork.
    3. Marinate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Discard marinade.
    4. Grill over medium heat for 35 minutes, turning occasionally, or until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
