1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper, divided
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
¼ c. Culinary Tours horseradish sauce

    Things To Grab

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Paper towels
    • Meat thermometer
    • Aluminum foil
    • Whisk
    • Medium bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375 degrees). Pat pork chops dry with paper towels; season both sides with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

    2. Grill pork chops 8 to 10 minutes or until pork reaches 145 degrees, turning halfway through. Transfer pork chops to a serving platter; loosely cover with foil and let rest 3 minutes.
