|¼ c.||chopped onion|
|3 tbsp.||chopped fresh parsley|
|1 tbsp.||chopped fresh basil|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, peeled|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar|
|¼ tsp.||Hy-Vee black pepper|
|¼ tsp.||Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes|
|1 lbs.||thawed frozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined|
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Combine onion, parsley, basil and garlic in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse to mince; transfer to a large bowl.
- Stir in olive oil, white wine vinegar, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir in shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- If desired, place shrimp on skewers or in a grill basket. Brush with remaining marinade. Grill until firm and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.
