    ¼ c. chopped onion
    3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 clove(s) garlic, peeled
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes
    1 lbs. thawed frozen large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
    2. Combine onion, parsley, basil and garlic in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse to mince; transfer to a large bowl.
    3. Stir in olive oil, white wine vinegar, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir in shrimp and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    4. If desired, place shrimp on skewers or in a grill basket. Brush with remaining marinade. Grill until firm and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.
