1 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
½ c. chopped yellow onion
3 clove(s) garlic
¼ c. fresh oregano leaves
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. water
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee sugar
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
4 (4 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, vinegar and water in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir in sugar and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill chicken over medium coals until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 8 minutes per side.
  3. Serve chicken with sauce.
