    4 thin sandwich buns
    4 mozzarella-flavor Veggie Slices or regular mozzarella cheese slices
    12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced and divided
    12 sun-dried tomatoes halves, divided
    12 large fresh basil leaves, divided

    Directions

    1. Place bottom of each sandwich thin on plate and top each with 1 slice mozzarella.
    2. Layer 3 ounces grilled chicken, 3 sun-dried tomato halves and 3 basil leaves over each mozzarella slice. Top each with a sandwich thin top.
    3. Place on preheated countertop grill and grill 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
