1 (16 oz) bag frozen shelled edamame, thawed
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee red beans, rinsed and drained
¼ c. Newman's Own light lime vinaigrette
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine beans and vinaigrette in an 8-inch square disposable foil container. Cover tightly with foil.
  2. Grill over direct heat for 30 to 35 minutes, shaking container frequently.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Serve warm.
