    ¼ c. water
    2 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
    2 tbsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced, plus additional for garnish

      Directions

      1. Whisk together olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze, and garlic in a medium bowl.

      2. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour balsamic mixture over chicken; seal bag.

      3. Preheat charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350 degrees).

      4. Place strawberries and 2 tablespoons basil in a small bowl. Add sugar mixture; stir to combine. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until strawberries begin to soften.

      5. Remove chicken from bowl; discard marinade. Grill chicken for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees, turning halfway through.

      6. To serve, arrange chicken on a serving platter. Top with strawberry mixture. Garnish with additional basil and balsamic glaze, if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
