    1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee farfalle bow ties pasta
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil, divided
    1 red pepper, seeded and diced
    1 c. Hy-Vee pitted Greek Kalamata olives, halved
    1 c. Hy-Vee sliced black olives
    1 (4 oz) pkg Hy-Vee traditional crumbled feta cheese
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese
    ½ c. shredded fresh basil leaves

    Directions

    1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    2. In a large bowl, toss cooled pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add red pepper, olives, feta and garlic. Toss to combine.
    3. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to combine. Top with Parmesan and basil. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
