    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 c. water
    1 (29 oz) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes
    3 clove(s) garlic, minced
    3 Hy-Vee bay leaves
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee seasoned salt
    2 c. uncooked Hy-Vee elbow macaroni

    Directions

    1. In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain and return to Dutch oven. Add onions to the beef and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir in water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, soy sauce and seasoned salt. Cover and cook 25 minutes.
    3. Stir in macaroni; cover and simmer over medium-low heat 20 minutes.
    4. Remove Dutch oven from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaves before serving.
