    2 c. boiling water, divided
    1 (0.44 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sugar-free lemon gelatin
    1 (0.44 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    2 c. Hy-Vee strawberry water cooler, divided
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee fat free whipped topping, thawed
    8 tsp. Hy-Vee Fiber Nuts cereal

    Directions

    1. In separate bowls, stir 1 cup boiling water into each of the lemon and strawberry gelatins. Continue stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup water cooler into each bowl. Pour gelatin mixtures into separate 9-by-9-inch pans.
    2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
    3. Layer strawberry gelatin, whipped topping, lemon gelatin and more whipped topping into 8 dessert glasses.
    4. Garnish each dessert with 1 teaspoon cereal.
