8 asparagus spears, blanched
8 whole fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
1 slice(s) frozen Hy-Vee garlic toast, partially thawed

Directions

  1. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Toss asparagus and mushrooms in olive oil.
  3. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Alternate mushrooms, garlic toast and asparagus on each of 4 wooden skewers.
  5. Grill, turning occasionally, until bread is toasted and vegetables are tender-crisp.
