|1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning|
|1 c. Red Flame seedless grapes, halved|
|½ ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced|
|1 c. diced strawberries|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lime juice|
|10 (6-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas|
|½ c. Hy-Vee Monterey and Colby Jack shredded cheese, divided|
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Grill chicken breasts, turning once, about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from grill; let sit until cool enough to handle. Cut into thin strips.
- Meanwhile, for fruit salsa, combine grapes, avocado, strawberries and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions. Top tortillas with chicken, cheese and fruit salsa.
