    Directions

    1. Spray an 11-by-7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    2. Bring sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk to a boil in a large saucepan, stirring constantly and continue to boil for 8 minutes, while stirring.

    3. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows until smooth.

    4. Pour into prepared dish.
