    1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats
    ⅓ c. flaxseed meal
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    ¾ c. chopped Hy-Vee dried mixed fruit
    ½ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels
    yogurt, if desired

    Directions

    1. Stir together oats, flaxseed meal, cranberries, mixed fruit, almonds, walnuts, brown sugar and sunflower kernels in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Store in an air-tight container up to 2 months at room temperature.
    3. To serve, stir about 1/2 cup muesli with 1/4 cup yogurt.
