    1 (12 oz) pkg white chocolate baking chips
    2 c. Hy-Vee Toasted Honey Nut Cereal
    1 c. sweetened dried fruit, such as cranberries, raisins, diced apricots or fruit medley

    Directions

    1. Microwave directions
    2. Line baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.
    3. Melt white chocolate chips in medium microwave safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70% power) 1 minutes*; stir. Microwave an additional 20-40 seconds or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
    4. Gently stir in cereal and fruit until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking sheet, separating mixture into loose clusters.
    5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break or cut into bite sized pieces. Store covered in a cool place.
    6. *Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking time is approximate.

    9. Melt white chocolate chips in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until smooth.
    10. Gently stir in cereal and fruit until evenly coated. Spread on prepared baking sheet, separating loose clusters.
    11. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break or cut into bite size pieces. Store covered in a cool place.
