    1 (12 oz) can Hy-Vee fat-free evaporated milk, chilled
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    Hy-Vee skim milk, optional
    Hy-Vee whipped topping, optional
    Hy-Vee vanilla wafers, optional

    Directions

    1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, honey and pumpkin pie spice in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds. If desired, thin with skim milk.
    3. Garnish with whipped topping and vanilla wafers, if desired.
