Satisfy your sweet tooth with a pumpkin smoothie. For an extra pick-me-up, throw in a shot of espresso.

Hy-Vee skim milk, optional | ||
Hy-Vee whipped topping, optional | ||
Hy-Vee vanilla wafers, optional |
Directions
- Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, honey and pumpkin pie spice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds. If desired, thin with skim milk.
- Garnish with whipped topping and vanilla wafers, if desired.
