    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    3 Hy-Vee English muffins, split, toasted
    6 tbsp. Hy-Vee mild salsa, divided
    6 slice(s) Hy-Vee pre-cooked bacon, heated, divided
    6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced, divided

    Directions

    1. In a microwaveable bowl, stir together cheese soup and milk. Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds on HIGH and stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds.
    2. On each English muffin half, layer 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 slice bacon and 1 sliced egg.
    3. Spoon soup mixture evenly over eggs. Serve immediately.
