1 ½ lbs. fingerling potatoes
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
½ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
½ tsp. Hy-Vee curry powder
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Wash potatoes and add to boiling water. Cook for 20-24 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile combine salt, cumin, chili powder and curry powder.
  3. Place cooked and slightly cooled potatoes on metal skewers. Brush potatoes with olive oil. Rub in spice mixture.
  4. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned, rotating once.
