2 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled | ||
2 tbsp. milk | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Durkee Kansas City steak seasoning | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef |
Directions
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese, milk and Durkee™ Kansas City steak seasoning in large mixing bowl.
- Add ground beef and mix well.
- Shape into 4 patties, 1/4-inch thick.
- Grill 8-10 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning once.
- Serve on toast with fresh tomato slices and lettuce leaf. Also great with Kaiser or sourdough rolls!
