Directions
Place cheeses in small separate piles, in a ring, slightly on top of the salame so outer edge of salame is uncovered. Then place rosemary sprigs around the outer edge of the platter next to the salame.
Use piquante peppers and bell pepper strips for a “bow” on top the cheese. Scatter a few green olives and pepper drops on top for “ornament balls.”
