Description

We like to add finely chopped apples and pears to fall salads. It's how we add comforting autumn flavors ... but in a healthy way.

1 c. quartered red grapes
1 Gala apple, cored and finely diced
1 Bartlett pear, cored and finely diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. fat-free poppy seed dressing
Hy-Vee salt, to taste

    Directions

    1. Toss coleslaw mix, grapes, apple, pear and green onions together in a serving bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
    2. Salt to taste.
