    1 (10 oz) bag Hy-Vee Cantina Style tortilla chips
    2 c. Hy-Vee shredded Mexican blend cheese
    Assorted toppings (sliced jalapeno peppers, corn, chopped red onion, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado, sliced green onions and/or chopped fresh cilantro)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
    2. Spread half the tortilla chips on prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese evenly over the chips. Repeat with remaining chips and cheese. Sprinkle jalapenos and corn over top, if desired.
    3. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with red onion, tomatoes, avocado, green onions and cilantro, if desired.
