    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ¾ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2–inch pieces
    1 Hy-Vee chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee spaghetti sauce
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee basil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    2 c. Hy-Vee penne rigate, uncooked
    ½ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. In a 10-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken.
    2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add chicken bouillon, spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Heat to boiling.
    4. Add pasta, stirring to coat. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 18 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is tender.
    5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
