    8 oz. tofu
    1 tsp. dill
    ¾ tsp. onion powder
    ½ tsp. garlic powder
    ½ tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. lower-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Crumble tofu. Mash with fork.
    2. Add dill, onion powder, garlic powder, tarragon, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mash together well.
    3. If desired, thin with a little water.
