    2 tsp. Hy-Vee butter
    2 tbsp. chopped onion
    1 ½ tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee parsley
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    6 (6 oz each) salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. In a medium skillet, melt butter. Sauté onions in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except salmon.
    2. Layer two 24-inch long pieces of aluminum foil. Place fillets in the center. Fold sides up to form a “tray”. Pour onion mixture over fillets. Fold foil over and pinch to close.
    3. Grill salmon over medium heat for 20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes.
